The theatre is not responsible for lost tickets.
Picking Up Reserved Tickets
- Provide the box office with the name under which the tickets were ordered, how the tickets were purchased, the performance date, and the number of tickets reserved.
- For your protection, you must be ready to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
- Box office hours are Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 8:30pm and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm.
Requests for RUSH, STUDENT RUSH and STANDING ROOM for Broadway shows are NOT GUARANTEED and SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Go to the box office of the theater on the day of the performance only -- beginning 10:00am. Monday through Saturday. 12 noon Sunday. Photo ID required.
STANDING ROOM TICKETS
Standing Room is usually directly behind orchestra seating (some theaters offer standing room
tickets behind mezzanine seats). It's available only on the day of the performance and only when the
show is completely sold out. Check with the theater box office for details.
RUSH Tickets
RUSH tickets to Broadway and Off Broadway shows can sell for as little as $10. Available at the box office only
on the day of the performance. Cash only. Subject to availability! Some sell RUSH tickets starting in the morning,
others have a lottery drawing 2 - 3 hours before curtain. Check box office for details. Many times, box offices will only
accept cash as payment for rush and standing room only tickets, so arrive at the box office prepared.
Lottery Drawing
- Print your name and number of tickets you want on a card which will be provided.
- One card per person.
- Limit of two tickets per person.
- Cards will be placed in a container.
- Cards will be available starting at 5:30pm for 8pm shows; 11:30am for the 2pm Saturday matinees; Noon for the 2pm Sunday matinees; and 5pm for the 7pm shows.
- Daily drawings will be held at 6pm for 8pm shows, 12 Noon for the Saturday matinees; 12:30pm for the Sunday matinees; and at 5:30pm for the 7pm shows.

After the names have been drawn, the eligible ticket buyers will line up at the box office window to show proper identification and buy their ticket(s).

Camping out all day or overnight on the sidewalk is no longer permitted or recommended as everyone wishing to enter the lottery will have an equal opportunity at the proper time. It's best to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the drawing.

RUSH & SRO Policies may change at any time at the discretion of a show's management team.
It's advisable to bring cash when planning to purchase RUSH and SRO tickets as many box
offices only accept cash for these purchases. Also, some theaters require a photo ID.
Some theaters offer Junior high & high school students special rates
(Monday - Thursday $5 for two tickets; Friday - Sunday ($5 for one ticket).
