No tickets are necessary for morning shows like: The Today Show, Good Morning America, and The Early Show. You can join the crowd outside the studio windows. Many people in the crowd bring signs. Live concerts with celebrity guests frequently appear on Fridays.

The Colbert Report

Go online and pick the date of the show you'd like to attend, fill out the form and submit it. Everyone attending must be at least 18 years old. You may sign up for stand-by tickets in front of the studio at 4:00pm.

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart
513 West 54th St [between 10th & 11th Aves]
Tickets: The Daily Show.
Fill out the online request for tickets, indicating your preferred date. Or e-mail requesttickets@thedailyshow.com Include show date and number of tickets. Tapes every Monday through Thursday. Doors open at 5:45pm. Call 1(212) 586-2477 at 11:30am on the Friday before the week you're interested in to check for cancellations. You must be 18 or over.

The Early Show
CBS Studios, Fifth Ave & 59th St, 1(212) 975-2824
Although there is no studio audience, the studio is on ground level inside the General Motors Building at Trump International Plaza and is visible to passersby through its huge glass windows. Many people do go to the outside area to be seen on camera each morning. This show tapes Live, Monday-Friday from 7:00am-9:00am. The show is taped at Fifth Ave at 59th St.

Good Morning America
44th St & Broadway
Tapes Live Monday-Friday, from 7am-9am. There is no audience for this show, however, Good Morning America does take ticket reservations if you would like to appear in the studio. Many people come by the studio and stand outside in the background, hoping to been seen by the cameras. If you'd like to do that, go ahead and bring signs and your energy. Please Note: Signs cannot contain Web Addresses or endorse businesses of any kind. No bags larger than a basic purse. No gift cards for the hosts. Must have a Photo ID.

Late Night with Conan O'Brien

Conan O'Brien is leaving New York for Los Angeles, and his last show here is February 27, but if you're lucky, you might be able to snag a standby ticket. Go to the NBC Studio marquee on the 49th Street side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza no later that 9:00am of the morning of the taping. You must be 16 years old or older.

The Late Show with David Letterman
1697 Broadway [between 53rd & 54th Sts]
Tickets: The Late Show with David Letterman
Submit your ticket request online using the Online Ticket Form, or visit the theater during specified hours listed online for an in-person request. For standby tickets, call 1(212) 247-6497 at 1am the day of the taping you want to attend. Tapes Monday thru Thursday, 5:30pm, Fridays, 4:30pm. You must be 18 years old or over.

Live with Regis and Kelly
67th St & Columbus Ave
Tickets: The Daily Show.
Live, M-F, 9:00am-10:00am.
Request tickets online, or through the mail by sending a postcard with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and the date(s) you'd be able to attend to "Live with Regis and Kelly" tickets, Ansonia Station PO Box 230-777, NY, NY 10023-077. There may be standby tickets available. Get there at 7:00am for a standby number.

The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet
133 West 47th Street (Between 6th and 7th Avenues)

Go online and fill out the form. You can pick from up to three days. You can also call 1(877) FOXTKTS and make your ticket request over the phone. You must be at least 18 years old and arrive at the studios by 7:30am.

The Maury Povich Show

The Rachel Ray Show
222 East 44th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue.
Tickets: The Rachel Ray Show
Fill out online ticket request form. If you're chosen, they will offer you days to choose from. Group tickets available on a separate form. This show has a dress code. Must be 16 or older with a valid government issued ID. Tapes Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Noon and 4:00pm.

Saturday Night Live
NBC Studios, 30 Rockefeller Plaza
The ticket lottery is held in August for the whole season. For standby tickets, get to the marquee on 50th Street at 30 Rockefeller Plaza by 7:00am on the morning of the taping. Most people who score tickets have camped out from the night before. You can then choose the dress rehearsal or the live taping.

The People's Court
401 Fifth Avenue (between 38th and 39th Streets)
Tickets: The People's Court
Judge Marilyn Milian decides actual small-claims court cases. When they go on the show, the litigants are consenting to what is known as "binding arbitration," with the judge acting as the arbiter over the case. The Today Show
NBC Studios, 30 Rockefeller Plaza (Corner of 49th Street)
This show tapes Live Monday-Friday, from 7am-10am. Arrival time is usually around 5:30am. There is no audience for this show, however, people do go to the street outside of the studio in hopes of being seen by the cameras. If you decide to go, you are welcome to bring a sign, but make sure that it is tasteful and does not contain Web Addresses or business names of any kind.

The Tyra Banks Show
Chelsea Studios, 221 West 26th Street (Between 7th and 8th Avenues)
Tickets: The Tyra Banks Show
Tyra Banks covers everything from celebrity to health on her talk show, with a particular focus on women's issues. The former supermodel has used the program to deal with the body and self-esteem problems that women face. This show generally tapes from August through April. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10:00am and 2:00pm. Go online and choose the date you'd like to attend and fill out the form. You have to be over 18 years old to attend this TV show. Photo ID is required.

The View
320 West 66th St at West End Ave.
Tickets: The View
Register online, indicating quantity and date. Your request must be submited 12 weeks ahead of time. Live, M-F, 11am-noon. Ticket holders must arrive by 9:30am sharp. For standby tickets, arrive at 9:30am as well. You can mail in for tickets. Send a POSTCARD and include your name, address, and daytime phone number to: Tickets, The View, 320 West 66th Street, New York, NY 10023.

Who Wants to be A Millionaire?
Tapes at ABC-TV, 30 West 67th St
Tapings for the upcoming season will be posted on their website in June of 2009. When the show is in production, the show tapes Tuesday-Friday at 2:00pm and again at 4:00pm. Online ticket reservations may be available through the show's website at www.millionairetv.com.

Occasionally, Standby Tickets are available on the day-of-taping for people who show up at the studio. Those seeking Standby Tickets must arrive at the studio by 12:30pm for the 2:00pm taping or at 3:00pm for the 4:00pm taping. Those arriving at the specified times will be put on a Standby List. Standby tickets are distributed on a first come, first-served basis. The minimum age is 18.

To Be A Contestant on Millionaire, you can go to the show's website and fill out an online application. Millionaire will email you a date and time for your audition if you're accepted. Just go to www.millionairetv.com/audienceform.html
